The Lenin on the left above wears the Russian title of his 1902 essay, What Is To Be Done? The Lenin on the right offers a contemporary response. Lenin on the left below wears PRAVDA. His contemporary counterpart wears a clothing label. Both prints mounted on aluminum, 60 x 90cm. Volume III plays on the sonic identity of Lenin/Lennon, as the former Soviet leader has the poet's song inscribed in his forehead.
